Applications and enrollment information 

Summer Sessions welcomes incoming new students entering UC Davis in fall 2025, students from other UC campuses or other universities, visitors to our campus, and UCD alumni. Join us!

The application is brief and there is no fee to apply for summer terms. Visit the Tuition and Fees web page for information about course costs. 

Once your application is approved, you will receive instructions on how to enroll in courses. Applications are processed by the Office of the University Registrar and typical processing time is 2-3 business days. 

Continuing UCD students

Continuing UC Davis undergraduate students do not need to apply for Summer Sessions. Watch for your Pass Time email from the Registrar's office in mid-April and enroll in Schedule Builder. One Pass Time is assigned and applies to all Summer Sessions. Pass Times begins in April.
