Apply for 2026 Summer Sessions at UC Davis
If you fit any of the following student groups, you must first apply to attend Summer Sessions. Applications open March 2.
- Fall admitted students
- High school students
- Visiting UC students (other than UC Davis)
- Former students
- International students
- Alumni, faculty and staff
- Community members
Session I: June 22 – July 31
Session II: Aug. 3 – Sept. 11
Special Session: June 12 – Sept. 11

- Review summer costs, dates and deadlines.
March
- Submit your completed online application (opens March 2) and registration form.
- Review summer courses and read course descriptions in the UC Davis General Catalog.
April through May
- Receive registration information and follow the instructions to create your UC Davis account.
- Learn how to use Schedule Builder or Class Search Tool to search for summer courses. Watch the instructional videos on this page for more.
- Registration begins April 27.
- Register for summer 2026 courses.
June through August
- Pay tuition and fees.
